OUR PHILOSOPHY

For us, the most important task in creating our wine is to demonstrate the uniqueness of every single year. By working with nature, it is fascinating for us to make a wine where you can truly taste what a particular vintage has brought us.

Therefore, it should go without saying that it is crucial for us to produce wines that are as pure as possible—strictly hand-harvested, without filtration, without additives, etc. At the same time, we focus on achieving a clean and balanced taste, ensuring that each wine expresses its character with clarity and precision. Our goal is to craft wines that are vibrant, honest, and full of life, always respecting the natural balance that each vintage offers.

SOIL

The three main vineyard sides—Probstey, Haubenberg, and Hölle—are where our vines are grown. These vineyards are not only rich in their beautiful surroundings, but also in the lovely soil they have: a high percentage of limestone, a touch of clay, and yellow sand.
